Key Responsibilities
- Provide Service Desk Level 1 and Level 2 support including desktop, hardware, software support and troubleshooting
- Assist Specialist Technician in executing assigned tasks through to resolution
- Provide local support for the Notebooks for Teachers and Principals Program
- Deployment of system images including packaging, building, testing and updating in live environments
- Contribute to technical documents of the school
- Participate in on-site installation of overall system(s), both hardware and software
- Provide basic server administration skills such as password resets, printer queues, backup media and network services
