Key Responsibilities
- Provide Service Desk Level 1 and Level 2 support
- Assist Specialist Technician in task execution and resolution
- Provide local support for Notebooks for Teachers and Principals Program
- Deployment of system images including packaging, building, testing and updating
- Contribute to technical documents of the school
- Participate in on-site installation of hardware and software
- Provide basic server administration such as password resets, printer queues, backup media, network services
