- Patient equivalent evaluation and sales analytics reporting
- Customer continuity analysis by order pattern monitoring
- Support weekly reporting for EU and HQ operations respecting GDPR
- Monthly reporting on EU supply chain solutions partner service level assessment
- Customer order tracking, ensuring timely processing and delivery
- Daily order/volume reporting to EU commercial and financial management
- Supply chain management and proposing demand forecast projections
- Contribute to process improvement with internal stakeholders and supply chain partner
- Work closely with tender manager to keep tender information up to date
