Key Responsibilities

•Partnering with clinical research sites to develop study-specific action plans supporting patient recruitment, retention and study delivery.
•Providing education and training to healthcare professionals and site staff on clinical trial protocols, procedures and study requirements.
•Supporting study-specific training needs, helping sites understand and implement trial processes.
•Identifying and addressing recruitment and retention barriers, sharing best practice and practical solutions.
•Working with referral networks to help identify potential trial participants.
•Interacting directly with patients to provide education on the trial, disease area, or device/medication when required.
•Analysing site activity and engagement data to tailor strategies maximizing pre-screening, screening and enrolment.
•Completing internal reporting and documentation accurately.
•Organizing or supporting group meetings, site visits and educational sessions.
•Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas and disease states.
•Managing queries or objections from site staff professionally.
•Looking after company equipment and following compliance and safety requirements.
