•Own and deliver full lifecycle recruitment from role briefing to offer management and onboarding
•Proactively source, assess and secure high-quality talent using innovative sourcing strategies
•Build and manage candidate pipelines to ensure consistent delivery against hiring demand and diversity objectives
•Conduct structured screening interviews and provide data-driven recommendations
•Leverage Talent Acquisition technology stack and optimize tools during hiring process
•Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements and deliver talent solutions
•Provide coaching and guidance on hiring best practices, interview techniques, and selection decisions
•Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social platforms, talent networks, and direct outreach
•Create compelling job advertisements and employer branding content
