Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to bid defence activities in partnership with Business Development
- Translate project strategy into clear, executable operational plans
- Develop and maintain integrated study management plans with the core project team
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure delivery of clinical studies
- Lead, motivate and manage cross-functional project teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers
- Monitor progress against contractual obligations and proactively communicate status
- Manage project risks, issues, and contingencies
- Ensure project quality through corrective and preventive action plans
- Drive financial success through forecasting, revenue acceleration and change control
- Identify changes in scope and manage change control process
- Capture and share lessons learned and best practices
- Support staff development through mentoring, coaching and performance feedback
- Act as a change advocate, adopting corporate initiatives
