Key Responsibilities

•Lead and contribute to bid defence activities in partnership with Business Development for multi-service, multi-country, and/or multi-regional studies
•Translate project strategy into clear, executable operational plans
•Develop and maintain integrated study management plans with the core project team
•Provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure delivery of clinical studies in line with scope, timelines, quality, and cost expectations
•Lead, motivate and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve agreed objectives and milestones
•Act as the primary point of contact for customers, owning and strengthening key client relationships
•Monitor progress against contractual obligations and proactively communicate project status, risks, and solutions
•Manage project risks, issues, and contingencies, leading problem-solving and resolution efforts
•Ensure project quality by identifying risks, responding to issues, and implementing corrective and preventive action plans
•Drive financial success through forecasting, revenue acceleration opportunities and change control management
