Key Responsibilities
- Provide monthly reports (USGAAP) and cost analyses to cost center management
- Prepare cost center forecasts and budgets, annual accounts, and government documents
- Coordinate tasks related to management of financial accounting system
- Analyze monthly expenses
- Intercompany & OOB resolution
- Fixed Assets & Leases
- VAT & Statutory requirements
- Assist during meetings with cost center managers to discuss forecasts and budgets
- Maintain the general ledger
- Prepare monthly journal entries and gather source documentation
- Maintain insight into internal client requirements and develop processes
- Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and policies
- Maintain financial and accounting records for independent audits
- Warehouse-related activities (inventory reconciliations, intercompany inventory, transaction reviews)
- Review and validate project hours for accurate capitalization, cost allocation, and reporting
- Coordinate with project owners to ensure compliance with accounting and audit requirements
- Perform other tasks as assigned
