Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive portfolio-level digital strategy aligned with therapeutic priorities, brand lifecycles, and commercial objectives
- Define scalable digital plays deployable across brands and adaptable locally
- Translate strategy into clear, actionable guidance for brand teams and markets
- Design and lead scalable omnichannel frameworks across CRM, digital channels, remote engagement, and rep-triggered activation
- Partner with Brand Managers to embed coherent, data-driven digital journeys into brand plans
- Collaborate with IQVIA Digital Engagement and Marketing Services teams to ensure high-quality, compliant execution
- Act as the portfolio digital lead, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment across brands and markets
- Set standards for content usage, channel orchestration, measurement, and optimization
- Leverage IQVIA data and analytics to track performance, identify best practices, and drive continuous optimization
- Equip markets with practical tools, playbooks, and best-practice guidance
- Support training for brand, field, and digital teams
- Act as a thought partner, helping markets shift from activity-based execution to impact-driven digital engagement
