Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive portfolio-level digital strategy aligned with therapeutic priorities, brand lifecycles, and commercial objectives
  • •Define scalable digital plays deployable across brands and adaptable locally
  • •Translate strategy into clear, actionable guidance for brand teams and markets
  • •Design and lead scalable omnichannel frameworks across CRM, digital channels, remote engagement, and rep-triggered activation
  • •Partner with Brand Managers to embed coherent, data-driven digital journeys into brand plans
  • •Collaborate with IQVIA Digital Engagement and Marketing Services teams to ensure high-quality, compliant execution
  • •Act as the portfolio digital lead, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment across brands and markets
  • •Set standards for content usage, channel orchestration, measurement, and optimization
  • •Leverage IQVIA data and analytics to track performance, identify best practices, and drive continuous optimization
  • •Equip markets with practical tools, playbooks, and best-practice guidance
  • •Support training for brand, field, and digital teams
  • •Act as a thought partner, helping markets shift from activity-based execution to impact-driven digital engagement
