Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the senior face of DTAS for your Cluster, trusted by SVP‑level and other senior stakeholders as a strategic advisor, sounding board, and thought‑partner
  • •Set and own the Technology and Advisory Services growth agenda for your cluster — defining key client priorities, shaping large‑scale opportunities, and driving year‑over‑year expansion and customer satisfaction
  • •Model deep client intimacy and exemplify best‑in‑class client leadership, operating close to your customers, regularly present onsite, and deeply embedded in their strategic priorities
  • •Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to leverage expertise within Advisory Services (brand strategy, portfolio strategy, value & access, digital health) and the broader DTAS portfolio (data strategy, architecture, outsourcing, technology) — fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • •Ensure high-impact delivery, ensuring work is insight‑rich, strategic, rigorous, and reflective of the high expectations of our customers; further, you will work with your peers across DTAS to ensure a consistent and high standard of deliverable quality and customer experience
  • •Cultivate and nurture top talent, coaching and elevating emerging leaders, providing crisp direction, and creating an environment where teams thrive and grow.
  • •Inform and deepen IQVIA’s Thought Leadership and insight, collaborating with IQVIA’s Thought Leadership organization and front-line practitioners to shape, refine, and communicate strategic insights about critical issues facing our clients
  • •Influence across the enterprise, collaborating closely with other DTAS leaders, GADs, Client Partners, and senior executives to lead and shape client engagement on priority topics and accelerate impact
  • •Own your business, delivering on customer revenue and margin targets
