Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support operational elements and execution of studies/programs.
- Participate in bid defense preparations and lead bid defense presentations.
- Develop and support integrated study management plans.
- Oversee strategic development and execution of clinical studies.
- Serve as primary project oversight and contact with customers.
- Set objectives for core project team and assess performance.
- Collaborate with functional groups to support milestone achievement.
- Monitor progress against contract and present information to stakeholders.
- Supervise problem solving and resolution efforts.
- Coach and mentor junior team members.
- Ensure financial success of project including resource management.
- Forecast opportunities to accelerate activities and manage change control.
- Identify and communicate lessons learned and best practices.
- Adopt corporate initiatives and serve as change advocate.
- Provide input to line managers on team member performance.
