Key Responsibilities
- Manage SMB & Mid-Market Accounts as primary point of contact
- Coordinate onboarding, delivery, and ongoing support for mental health programs
- Conduct regular check-ins and provide timely updates to clients
- Identify opportunities to improve utilisation and adoption of platform
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Support Enterprise CSMs with operational tasks (PollEV setup, inputting client details, preparing documents, supporting webinars)
- Monitor account health and engagement metrics
- Contribute to insights and reporting demonstrating ROI to clients
