Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage SMB & Mid-Market Accounts as primary point of contact
  • •Coordinate onboarding, delivery, and ongoing support for mental health programs
  • •Conduct regular check-ins and provide timely updates to clients
  • •Identify opportunities to improve utilisation and adoption of platform
  • •Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues
  • •Support Enterprise CSMs with operational tasks (PollEV setup, inputting client details, preparing documents, supporting webinars)
  • •Monitor account health and engagement metrics
  • •Contribute to insights and reporting demonstrating ROI to clients
