Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and manage front-desk responsibilities
- Answer telephone enquiries and respond to patient needs
- Schedule patient appointments and determine examination requirements
- Communicate preparation instructions, procedure costs, and billing information to patients
- Register patients, manage paperwork, and handle billing and EFTPOS transactions
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of reports
- Perform Medicare and Veterans Affairs claims batching
- Support other administrative tasks as directed by management
