Clinical Services Manager
The Clinical Services Manager (CSM) works with the Territory Manager, Customer Care team, and Managed Care team to meet commercial and clinical needs, increase referrals, and sustain patients on product. Responsibilities include promoting insulin pump therapy, training patients and healthcare providers, and overseeing Certified Pod Trainers. Requires a Bachelor's degree, current clinical credentials (CDCES, RD, or RN), and state licensure.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote benefits of insulin pump therapy and sell OmniPod Insulin Management System to providers and patients
- Work with Sales, Customer Care and Managed Care to achieve sales goals
- Assist with sales events such as pump clinics, support groups, info sessions, educational events, patient info nights, JDRF walks, vendor days
- Support Top Twenty Accounts and existing accounts and record calls in Salesforce
- Evaluate and recommend Certified Pod Trainers (CPTs) and Super CPTs for consultant roles
- Assign patient trainings to CPTs or conduct patient training based on business needs, costs, and timeliness
- Assist with providing regular product demos to patients and HCPs
- Oversee CPTs by meeting face-to-face, providing timely product updates, and being a clinical resource
- Assist with product training for Sales and Clinical hires
- Provide Field Feedback to Manager on field-based training of customers and HCPs
