•Lead assessments and deep dives to solve complex business challenges and provide actionable recommendations.
•Shape strategic alignment across Product lines, Sectors, and Operations.
•Translate transformation strategies into clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and budget needs.
•Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to build commitment and drive change.
•Keep projects on track by anticipating risks and providing data-driven insights.
•Develop reusable methodologies, tools, and frameworks for operating model and transformation work.
•Prepare clear, impactful presentations for senior management (up to MBB level).
•Coordinate cross-team initiatives and coach teams to improve agile maturity.
•Track milestones and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
•Support the Lead Transformation Management with high-priority and ad-hoc strategic initiatives.
