Key Responsibilities

•Deliver and maintain a high-performing SAS Viya (3.5/4.0) platform
•Handle rollout, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of the environment
•Leverage CI/CD practices and SRE principles to ensure secure, scalable, reliable service
•Understand application behavior in failure scenarios and drive improvements
•Realize non-functional requirements regarding Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability, risk, compliance, security
•Solve incidents at all levels (OS, application)
•Perform Support Hero Role, including occasional weekend support
•Build code from scratch or maintain/extend existing implementations for provisioning and configuring the platform using CI/CD in Azure DevOps
•Solve incidents, problems, and calls raised on the platform, conducting root cause analyses
