Key Responsibilities
- Own portfolio of propositions focused on mobility, connectivity, and travel-related customer value
- Design seamless customer journeys for connectivity and travel-related benefits
- Ensure frictionless activation, international usability, and scalable onboarding
- Improve cross-channel integration with banking propositions
- Act as Product Owner for connectivity and travel-related verticals
- Contribute to roadmap creation, prioritization, and enhancements in collaboration with Delivery and IT
- Translate ecosystem complexity (partners, integrations, compliance) into clear product requirements
- Act as main point of contact for countries implementing travel and connectivity benefits
- Manage intra-company alignment and expectations
- Support local launches and scaling efforts
- Identify opportunities to expand ING’s travel and mobility ecosystem
- Contribute to future propositions within connectivity, international usage, and partner integrations
