Key Responsibilities
- Responding to concerns or incidents and drafting scope letters
- Conducting investigations including desk research, data analyses, data review, and interviews
- Drafting fact-finding reports for the Resolution Committee
- Communicating investigation status and progress to (senior) management
- Participating in initiatives for detection of irregularities via data collection and analyses
- Participating in meetings, triage committees, and consulting with HR Legal and managers
- Maintaining expertise in investigations regarding internal fraud and irregularities
- Maintaining expertise in OSINT and Ediscovery tooling
- Extracting lessons learned and communicating to management (e.g., Quarterly reports, Annual Report)
- Performing Enhanced Reliability Screenings for senior managers and sensitive positions
