Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute ING's Integrated Reporting strategy, ensuring consistency, quality and relevance across financial disclosures.
- Oversee delivery of consolidated external reports with clear stakeholder communication.
- Have end-to-end responsibility for ING's Annual Report, IFRS consolidated financial statements and SEC reporting.
- Establish and maintain a strong governance and control framework for financial reporting.
- Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, auditors, and international finance teams.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of senior reporting professionals, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration.
- Drive reporting process improvements, data quality enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Actively contribute to Finance change programmes and standardisation of reporting processes.
