- Develop and drive category strategies for HR, Audit, Risk and Travel categories.
- Provide category trends, developments, and risks to stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations with global HR, Audit, and Travel service providers.
- Execute strategic sourcing activities and manage supplier selection.
- Manage supplier performance, risks, and segmentation.
- Build supplier relationships and conduct complex negotiations.
- Provide guidance to contract management team.
- Lead and coach sourcing & category experts.
- Develop and implement global strategy including local requirements.
- Drive contract and third-party risk compliance.
