Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Tribe Lead and Product Area Lead to develop a forward-looking perspective on the future of Generative AI and Agentic capabilities within the bank
- Serve as the subject matter expert on LLM, Generative AI, and Agentic solutions, providing guidance and insight as needed
- Work closely with LLM and Agentic experts in your team to discuss and align on required skills and capacity for successful delivery
- Jointly with the Tribe Lead, Product Area Lead and other Chapter Leads, determine the allocation of your team’s capacity to deliver on global priorities
- Guide and develop your team to achieve organizational objectives, fostering engagement and delivering results through inspiring leadership
- Manage and report on the performance of a substantial and diverse team, setting appropriate performance goals for direct reports or projects
- Attract and retain top talent to strengthen and sustain the team’s capabilities
