Key Responsibilities
- Own IMC’s go-to-market strategy for Technology graduate and intern candidates across APAC
- Define and drive the on-campus strategy for the Technology stream
- Act as IMC’s subject matter expert on our Technology business
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Technology graduate and intern positions
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Technology hiring managers
- Evaluate all campus activity through an ROI lens
- Co-manage the Launchpad programme
- Maintain a current and detailed view of competitor graduate programmes
- Partner with global recruitment peers in Amsterdam and Chicago
