Key Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate governance matters relating to IMC's top holding entity and across the IMC group.
- Review, draft, and revise inter-company arrangements and agreements.
- Advise on equity plans, including rights, obligations, restrictive covenants, and tax implications.
- Advise on corporate entity (re-)structuring and manage formation, transfer, and dissolution of entities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders as a hands-on legal business partner.
- Support management of external counsel and coordinate legal workstreams on complex matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and other corporate contracts.
- Track relevant legal and regulatory developments and contribute to legal knowledge resources.
