Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating new hire employment contracts, onboarding paperwork and pre-employment screening
- Maintain contact with new hires through onboarding and support relocation arrangements
- Coordinate new-starter inductions and liaise with key internal teams
- Manage system updates relating to new hire, ensuring new starter profiles are established
- Subject matter expert for Workday, ensuring all information is up to date
- Manage and update all other HR related systems and tracking spreadsheets
- Local point of contact for global HR Information Systems team
- Support HR generalist team and HR Business Partners
- Local management and ownership of annual performance review cycle
- Support with annual audit requirements
- Administrative support for visa and sponsorship arrangements
- Undertaking general HR administrative duties and document drafting
- Support employees with day-to-day enquiries
- Ad hoc reporting and coordination in project roll outs
