Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to design and deliver people initiatives across the full HR spectrum, including employee relations, coaching, organisational development, workforce planning and learning & development.
- Lead and deliver high-impact HR projects across the organisation, including performance reviews, succession and talent planning.
- Provide 1:1 coaching and advisory to develop the leadership capability of our managers.
- Oversee early careers programs, ensuring an exceptional participant experience in our internships and traineeships.
- Leverage people analytics and data-driven insights to inform organisational design and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across the HR function to deliver seamless employee lifecycle management, including offboarding processes.
- Participate in final round interviews to ensure the suitability of new talent into our teams.
