Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and promote IFF’s Cultures & Enzymes solutions to our Global Key Accounts
  • •Develop tailored customer proposals and translate market trends into actionable ideas
  • •Participate in commercial discussions, meetings and negotiations with top Food Manufacturing Global Key Accounts
  • •Assist in building new business opportunities and managing these opportunities in Salesforce
  • •Provide data-driven insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • •Maintain clear and organized documentation of all key customer interactions, feedback, and action items
  • •Track and update tender information, support translating trial data into convincing reports, and implement pricing strategy for key customers
  • •Identify and evaluate new market trends and business opportunities
  • •Support the development of long-term sales plans for our Global Key Accounts, monitor and adapt sales activities aiming to achieve short- and long-term commercial targets
  • •Support and fulfill operational requests coming from GKAs
  • •Closely collaborate with IFF’s internal departments e.g. Application, Product Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Q&A and others
