Key Responsibilities
- Own strategy and roadmap for AI infrastructure layer: agent harness, context architecture, evaluation tooling, prompt and pattern libraries, and institutional knowledge systems.
- Define patterns and guardrails for other product teams to plug into: memory, context, prompt structure, evaluation, quality.
- Hold quality bar for AI work across product; build evaluation into workflow.
- Prove platform on FY27 re-platform work; harden on real delivery.
- Translate re-platform work into AI engineering leverage.
- Standardize app behavior across Homeowner and Business apps (navigation, loading, data fetching, notifications, deep linking).
- Consolidate to single CMS with unified design system.
- Embed automated quality gates across CI/CD and drive adoption of E2E testing.
- Link performance metrics to business KPIs; performance budgets, observability, app health.
- Build machine-readable UI for AI agents and Toolbox AI Native Design System; MCP server structured markdown for AI tooling consumption.
