Key Responsibilities
- Ideate creative ideas to improve volume and profitability of lapsed customer base
- Drive creation of reactivation target setting across marketing teams
- Review and report on key business metrics related to lapsed customers
- Advocate for reactivation initiatives during prioritization discussions
- Facilitate decisions on initiative roll-outs by calculating incremental commercial benefits
- Maintain artefacts such as a roadmap of key initiatives
- Project manage initiatives from end-to-end
- Lead other strategic topics as required
