Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team across Benelux and Nordics.
- Own the end-to-end budget, forecast, and multi-year planning process.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions and support decisions.
- Design and improve FP&A frameworks, reporting, and tooling.
- Oversee financial performance management including variance analysis and scenario planning.
- Ensure high-quality financial data and collaboration with Accounting teams.
- Translate complex financial analysis into compelling narratives for leadership.
