Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end O2C cycle across all Heidi entities: invoicing, collections, cash application, reconciliations and dispute resolution.
•Serve as the final escalation point for complex billing and collection issues.
•Ensure data integrity across CRM, billing and ERP systems.
•Manage, develop and scale a team of AR analysts based in the Philippines.
•Build and maintain the AR playbook: policies, SOPs, internal controls and escalation frameworks.
•Own DSO as a metric. Monitor AR aging, collection effectiveness and cash conversion.
•Partner with RevOps, Sales, Customer Success and Product to improve billing accuracy.
•Identify automation and AI opportunities across the O2C cycle.
•Support month-end and year-end close activities with timely AR reconciliations and reporting.
