We are looking for an exceptional individual with a proven track record in complex operational and management roles to lead the delivery of our AFC project. This full-time remote role is responsible for leading the AFC team in managing, implementing and operating our services, as well as working with our customer to ensure the smooth running of football technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the P&L within the region, including forecasting, budgeting, client invoicing and cost control.
- Review the operational model, striking the right balance between efficiency, client satisfaction, operational excellence and profitability.
- Define and maintain effective SLA's for all internal services.
- Create an environment that enables our people and technologies to succeed.
- Fully understand the contractual agreements and SLAs with AFC, and ensure that they are delivered in full.
- Manage any issues arising from operations and proactively minimise their effect on the client and the team.
- Implement new ways of working that provide operational efficiencies.
- Liaise directly with the client for small to medium sized sale opportunities.
- Work with the commercial team when bidding for large scale projects and responses to RFPs.
- Provide leadership, development and support to the AFC project team.
