Key Responsibilities
- Review and resolve anomalies/variance in a timely manner
- Prepare, review and process invoicing/billing of fees and contributions
- Process reimbursements and refunds/discharges
- Generate Statements/Invoices in line with procedures
- Reconciliation of funding received and prepare estimation of billing for month end
- Prepare Activity statements in accordance with procedures
- Support centralised debt collection team with account and debt queries
- Process payments including cash, cheques, EFT, direct debits and credit card
- Investigate and respond to account enquiries via phone, email and mail
- Data Analysis to identify trends and matters for further investigation
