Key Responsibilities
- Capital expenditure accounting and reporting, including construction in progress
- Maintenance of fixed asset register and calculation of depreciation
- Capital expenditure planning – develop budgets and rolling forecasts
- Leases – maintain IFRS 16 lease register and process necessary journals
- Motor Vehicle Fleet accounting
- Assist in preparation of fringe benefits tax return
- Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all fixed asset accounts
- Maintain and update master data related to fixed assets
- Provide support throughout external and internal audit process
- Maintain and improve financial processes, procedures, and internal controls
