Key Responsibilities

- Conduct strategic assessments and evaluations for ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation to prevent potential issues.
- Demonstrate mastery of Lean manufacturing concepts to achieve exceptional product quality.
- Provide expert guidance in resolving complex issues using best practices and innovative solutions.
- Play a pivotal role in Global Lean Six Sigma Programs and drive A3 Project executions.
- Lead organization and execution of Kaizen events for substantial improvements.
- Champion safety protocols and promote continuous safety improvement (CBSQ).
- Establish communication channels and foster collaborative relationships across departments.
