Key Responsibilities
- Provide reception cover – greeting visitors, handling incoming calls and directing enquiries
- Assist with coffee orders for clients and visitors, and coordination of catering for events
- Assist with event coordination and support
- Ensure meeting rooms, kitchen and common areas are clean and tidy before and after use
- Coordination and distribution of incoming / outgoing mail, liaising with couriers and delivery persons
- Document management including copying, scanning and filing
- Coordinate materials displayed on electronic and physical noticeboards
- Assist with stationery and office equipment orders as required
- Other ad hoc administrative and support tasks, including providing break and leave cover
