Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide reception cover – greeting visitors, handling incoming calls and directing enquiries
  • •Assist with coffee orders for clients and visitors, and coordination of catering for events
  • •Assist with event coordination and support
  • •Ensure meeting rooms, kitchen and common areas are clean and tidy before and after use
  • •Coordination and distribution of incoming / outgoing mail, liaising with couriers and delivery persons
  • •Document management including copying, scanning and filing
  • •Coordinate materials displayed on electronic and physical noticeboards
  • •Assist with stationery and office equipment orders as required
  • •Other ad hoc administrative and support tasks, including providing break and leave cover
