Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and improve company organisational structure to ensure teams are structurally set up for success.
- Work with department heads and executive teams to create clear management structures and reporting lines.
- Research, plan, and propose headcount requirements and team structures for new business units.
- Formalise headcount gap request processes across business units.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive team for implementation of new headcount and org structure plans.
- Plan and lead implementation of scalable recruitment systems for a rapidly growing business.
- Advise executive team on bespoke screening methods for high-level management hires.
- Formalise and update salary offers and employment packages.
- Personally source and negotiate high-level management talent.
- Implement and update policies and processes with a global mindset for local labour laws.
- Optimise people and talent management strategy for international cooperation.
- Conduct audits to identify gaps in policy and compliance frameworks.
- Implement scalable frameworks to support migrating team members and VISA-holding employees.
- Create and implement frameworks for timely reviews of employee remuneration packages.
- Review, improve, and approve employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Identify functions not aligned with core values and implement changes.
- Facilitate clear communication across the company to maintain artistic studio culture.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to HR managers and specialists.
- Support other Heads with their HR requirements and communicate new initiatives.
- Identify and fill headcount and skill gaps within the HR department.
- Act as a champion and role model of the company’s core values.
