Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the conflicts and AML database, ensuring records are accurate and aligned across systems, including 3E
- Triage conflicts requests, coordinate information gathering and support timely progression of checks and approvals
- Monitor workflows and support smooth handovers across conflicts, AML and matter opening processes
- Identify and resolve data gaps or inconsistencies, maintaining high-quality, audit-ready records
- Support reporting, system improvements and ongoing process enhancements
- Act as a central point of coordination across the General Counsel team, lawyers, Executive Assistants, Finance and other teams
