Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end RFP process, from intake and qualification to submission
- Lead the creation of high-quality proposals and client presentations with a critical emphasis on graphic design capabilities
- Partner with leadership on pursuit strategy, positioning, and interview preparation
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and brand initiatives in the Australian market
- Collaborate with the APME regional marketing team on shared pursuits and initiatives
- Manage multiple concurrent pursuits in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Support Gensler’s broader sustainability goals through day-to-day activities
