Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior design assignments across F&B, hospitality, and lounge projects from concept through delivery
- Provide creative and strategically minded design leadership
- Collaborate with internal and external teams including consultants, contractors, and fabricators
- Produce 3D models and visualizations using Revit, SketchUp, Enscape
- Generate and review interior architectural drawings
- Work with product representatives and furniture dealers
- Act as client-facing design lead for presentations and feedback
- Guide and mentor teams on multiple projects
- Contribute to business development and studio growth
- Participate in office culture and learning programs
