GenesisCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their Albury clinic on a casual basis. The role involves providing excellent patient care, medication management, and communication within a supportive nursing team. Oncology experience is preferred but full training in radiation oncology nursing is provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent patient care, ensuring patient's physical and psychological needs are met.
- Undertake direct patient care including education, wound management and medication administration as per Practice Protocol.
- Effectively manage the patients that are seen each day.
- Facilitate effective lines of communication with doctors, patient services, physicists and radiation therapists.
- Ensure all patient interaction is documented, communicated and actioned.
- Monitor and maintain procedures, protocols, practices and clinical guidelines in line with best practice radiation oncology nursing standards.
- Ensure medication management protocols are followed.
- Use ISBAR communication tool for handover of patients.
- Demonstrate reliability, motivation and flexibility.
