Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end payroll processing for a large, multi-site workforce (1,000+ employees)
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance across all payroll transactions, awards, and legislative requirements
- Maintaining and auditing employee records across multiple systems
- Managing payroll queries, investigations, and adjustments, including terminations and back pays
- Supporting and contributing to month-end and statutory reporting, including PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, and Child Support
- Identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes, systems, and reporting
- Collaborating with Finance, HR, and operational teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
