Key Responsibilities
- Ensure structured execution of maintenance and modification projects within agreed scope
- Safeguard technical scope, planning, budget and quality targets
- Organize and lead project kick-offs, daily stand-up meetings and project close-outs
- Manage project financials including budget control, hours tracking and reporting
- Monitor planning, progress and quality while proactively adjusting operations
- Develop and maintain accurate short- and mid-term resource forecasts
- Identify risks and bottlenecks early and escalate when necessary
- Coordinate closely with Production Leaders, Engineering, CMRO and Operational Support
- Maintain customer contact together with the Project Manager and support customer visits
- Ensure clear communication between operations, internal stakeholders and customers
- Contribute to achieving outstanding customer satisfaction in a VIP environment
