Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary technical escalation point across all Australia sites, supporting field service engineers, technicians, and asset managers with complex energy storage system faults.
•Develop and improve fault recovery systems using data-driven insights to proactively detect issues and minimize system downtime.
•Enhance reactive maintenance processes to reduce response times and improve overall system reliability.
•Standardize technical processes and maintenance procedures across all sites to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
•Interface with customers to clearly communicate technical issues, manage expectations, and address requests effectively.
•Support the Services team with change orders and contribute technical input where required.
•Maintain strong relationships with equipment vendors, participate in vendor meetings negotiations to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues.
•Collaborate with the Network Operations Centre to improve fault recovery procedures and develop training programs for stronger incident response.
•Provide technical expertise during commissioning of new BESS installations, including testing, validation, optimization, and resolving issues to ensure smooth project handover.
