Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design, incubation, and scaling of new commercial offerings and go-to-market strategies across priority markets.
  • •Identify and evaluate emerging market opportunities, including new revenue models (e.g., risk-sharing structures, deferred capex structures, optimization offerings).
  • •Develop and pilot innovative business models, ensuring scalability and alignment with Fluence's long-term strategy.
  • •Structure and advance strategic partnerships (e.g., financial institutions, insurers, asset owners) to unlock new growth pathways.
  • •Own end-to-end development of investment cases, including financial modeling and electricity market analysis.
  • •Define frameworks for assessing project economics, risk allocation, and regulatory/commercial complexity.
  • •Lead development of executive-level strategic proposals, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • •Translate strategic initiatives into scalable programs, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement teams.
  • •Support development of tools, frameworks, and training programs for consistent execution of new offerings globally.
  • •Lead complex, global, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Supply Chain.
