Key Responsibilities

•End-to-End Ownership of Complex Events
•Lead the operational strategy of large-scale, high-complexity events
•Own projects from early planning stages through execution
•Ensure delivery meets both partner expectations and internal standards
•Translate partner needs into scalable operational models
•Design processes, workflows, and tools from scratch when needed
•Define how the event should be run
•Break down complex, undefined problems into actionable plans
•Anticipate operational risks and design mitigation strategies
•Make decisions with incomplete information
•Work closely with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teams
•Align multiple stakeholders around a clear execution plan
•Act as the main operational point of contact for key partners
•Ensure that designed solutions are effectively implemented on the ground
•Support local teams in executing complex setups
•Step in when needed to unblock critical issues
