Key Responsibilities

•Fever's Back Offices Management: creation, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of experiences across internal and external ticketing and distribution platforms.
•Operational Monitoring: daily checks of published experiences to ensure correct setup, performance, and smooth operation.
•Cross-Team Coordination: daily collaboration with Project Management, Product, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to support back-office plan configuration, coordinate experience launches, and continuously improve internal operational processes.
•API Integrations Maintenance: oversee the day-to-day performance of external partner API integrations, proactively identify issues, coordinate fixes with technical teams and partners, and ensure seamless operational continuity for live experiences.
•Team Alignment & Reporting: participate in weekly meetings with relevant internal teams to align priorities, report operational issues, and support continuity of marketplace operations.
