- End-to-End Ownership of Complex Events: lead operational strategy of large-scale, high-complexity events; own projects from early planning through execution
- Operational Strategy & Design: translate partner needs into scalable operational models; design processes, workflows, and tools from scratch
- Problem Solving in Ambiguous Environments: break down undefined problems into actionable plans; anticipate risks and design mitigation strategies
