Key Responsibilities

•Drive simplification and automation of financial accounting and reporting processes
•Obtain end-to-end understanding of business processes, ensuring appropriate accounting treatment is reflected in the financial statements
•Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
•Establish and maintain scalable internal controls
•Oversee and perform day to day activities of multiple financial entities and processes
•Build strong working relationships with Booking Finance teams including Compliance, Technical Accounting and Internal Audit
•Assist with reconciliations, including intercompany reconciliations, ensuring transactions comply with local GAAP
•Ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
•Own & solve complex tasks as part of large projects while also leading several small projects to completion
