Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Benelux Channel team
- Set clear objectives aligned with regional and EMEA channel strategy
- Act as role model in partner engagement and deal execution
- Ensure consistent use of processes, CRM discipline, and forecasting accuracy
- Participate in Regional Management Team contributing to GTM strategy
- Provide input into regional planning, forecasting, and pipeline reviews
- Directly manage largest and most strategic Benelux partners
- Own joint business planning and executive alignment for key partners
- Develop and execute Benelux Channel Development Plan
- Drive partner recruitment, onboarding, and development
