Key Responsibilities
- Establish project teams for new projects, including laboratory technicians, subject matter experts and logistics
- Provide a solid project management workflow with clear organization and scientific context
- Manage timeline development, scope definition, budget forecasting, and risk mitigation
- Continuously assess project progress using data-driven metrics, adjust scope, timelines, or resource allocation
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing transparent communication
- Develop and maintain structured processes for managing scope throughout the scientific project lifecycle
- Oversee the organization and integrity of experimental data, research documentation and multi-stream project information
- Communicate project milestones, outcomes, and risks to leadership
- Set up new Project Management processes
